It can be difficult to stay consistent in life. People change, and if you are not proactive with your habits, you will lose progress by default.
Do you ever feel like your caught looping over the same issues without ever getting to the root of them? Do you find yourself going back and forth trying to make consistent effort, but failing to stick with it every time you try?
If so, your not alone. This is a real struggle for me, and it is the reason that I am writing this post.
Paradoxically, self-discipline alone is difficult at best, and futile at worst. Humans are social creatures, and in order for us to truly thrive, we need accountability, connection and feedback. We need to believe that our effort matters! It is amazing what a difference just one person believing in you can make.
If this sounds valuable, I want to challenge you to stay accountable for one week making progress on some aspect of your life. Make it simple, trackable, and actionable.
For me, my task is simple: wake up at 6:00 am for one week straight, and post about it every morning before 6:30. Make your goal too big, and you risk burning out, so be reasonable.
To start, comment on this post stating your clear intention, and every day, comment to my morning post stating what you did, (or didn't do). This is not about showing off. It's about being honest and being seen for your effort.

Great idea to have a community keep you accountable ! My goal for this week is to be in bed by 10:30 - 11 pm every night & wake up by 5 - 5:30 am every morning.
I have set a remainder to be in bed on time.
Love this! My goal for the next week is to be sleeping by 9:30 - 10pm every evening. Consistency is key.
