There are many factors that have led me to start this substack. All of which aim to accelerate my personal and intellectual growth. Because I am only 17, there is a lot to learn. there is no lack of information, but a lack of discipline. Clear writing is a direct consequence of clear thinking. And by continually refining my thoughts by writing them down in an understandable way, I can gain a grasp on the principles that will matter in the real world. If you find yourself wandering through life in need of a mission, and more importantly, a group of people to push you along, this is the place for you.
This substack will be designed for people intending on taking action to improve the world. Clear thinking is the goal, consistency is the means. Whether you are an engineer, athlete, student or a senior executive, everyone can improve their actions in a meaningful way. The further ahead you are, the better suited you will be to help those below you. This community should be a place where ideas are challenged, and people are respected. Play around; no matter what you say, it will always be wrong. Everything can be improved. The goal is to be less wrong, not to be right.
The structure of posts should look something like the following, although things may change as time goes on.
Daily posts
Weekly posts (Posted on the first day of each week)
Monthly posts (Posted on the first day of each month)
Yearly posts. (Posted on the first day of each year)
The daily post will be simple, writing about whatever I am interested in that day. It could be fitness, engineering, a personal project, philosophy, books etc. The weekly, monthly and yearly posts will go into greater detail, with higher effort and impact. With the yearly post resembling a thesis with much more detail drilling into a few important ideas.
The exact style and effect of these posts is to be determined.
All of the content on this blog will be free. I do not want to get rich off of you, I want us to get rich off of each other. If you decide to pledge a subscription, this will support me personally.
