I really like what you said about how stress is the enemy of creativity. Often, you get this feeling, like you could take some more on your plate and just do more. One of the biggest realisations that I've had, is that it's ok to have just one thing on your plate. Prioritizing just that one thing and focusing on getting it done can be much more effective and qualitative than multitasking stuff and trying to get more done. Tim Feriss says this better- something along the lines of 'You can achieve everything you want, if you take it one by one'. The biggest trap here is to get lost in how much other people are doing and adding that load on to yourself.
