Great idea to have a community keep you accountable ! My goal for this week is to be in bed by 10:30 - 11 pm every night & wake up by 5 - 5:30 am every morning.

I have set a remainder to be in bed on time.

Love this! My goal for the next week is to be sleeping by 9:30 - 10pm every evening. Consistency is key.

Draft 1-2 Supplemental Essays for the Common App each day.

And 1 hour daily SAT prep before school

My goal is similar. I want to wake up at 6 and do 5 minutes of calisthenics. I’ll set a reminder for the next 7 days on my phone now.
